A lot of people ask me how I got into this type of business and they also go on to say that it must to a fun job and so on and so forth. I agree that being a children’s performer is probably one of the best jobs in the world especially for me because it’s almost like I get to relive my childhood. Every weekend is like Halloween for me. I get to dress up and be superheroes and cartoon characters that I grew up with and loved so much. Some of them I looked up to quite a bit. I wouldn’t trade my job for any other one. The downside to my job is that isn’t not all fun and games all the time. Usually on the weekends it is just fun and games though. It’s during the week that my job actually feels more like a job because I have many responsibilities that have to be met. I’m always trying to look for ways to improve how I run my business and how I advertise and how I deal with clients and so on and so forth. It’s really quite a challenge but I enjoy the challenge. I’m currently in the process of updating roughly 5-10 costumes because it really needs to be done. I feel that updating these costumes will really change and mold the future of the company. I also feel that my strategies involving advertising will soon payoff.
